Project Overview

This project involved the detailed Revit Architectural modeling for the "Ijs Ateljee" renovation. Utilizing Leica 360 scans, the existing structure was modeled to LOD 350 standards, ensuring precise coordination for the renovation of this residential and commercial property. The scope included comprehensive sheet composition, preparation of plans, elevations, and sections, alongside rigorous coordination with structural and MEPF departments.

Architectural Scope & Design

The modeling process covered the entire existing structure, translating raw point cloud data into an accurate BIM model. Key deliverables and scope included:

Scan to BIM:
Modeling existing conditions derived from high-precision Leica 360 point cloud scans.
Documentation:
Preparation of detailed plans, sections, and elevations for permit and construction phases.
Coordination:
Multi-disciplinary coordination with structural and MEPF teams using Navisworks for clash detection.

Modeled Areas & Existing Conditions

The model captures the "Bestaand" (existing) conditions across four levels, providing a reliable basis for renovation planning. Specific areas modeled include:

Facility Breakdown:
