Project Overview

This comprehensive healthcare project involved Revit Architectural Modeling for a major Trauma Centre Block and associated medical facilities. The scope included the coordination of a 9-floor structure (plus basement and machine room), integrating complex medical planning requirements with structural realities.

Complexity & Challenges

The project utilized Leica 360 Scans for "Scan to BIM" workflows, ensuring high accuracy for the renovation and extension of existing facilities. The design required precise detailing of specialized areas, including:

  • Trauma & Emergency Wards: Detailed modeling of Emergency Wards, Mortuary Blocks, and Temporary COVID Care structures.
  • Facade Detailing: Complex external finishing involving ACP Cladding (Blue/Grey), Structural Glazing, and Granite Sills.
  • Vertical Transportation: Coordination of multiple lift shafts and staircases across all building levels.

Our Solution

Pinnacle IIT executed the project to LOD 350 (Level of Detailing). We handled the complete sheet composition and coordination between the Structure, Architecture, and MEPF departments to resolve clashes before construction.

Value Delivered:

  • Developed detailed Plans, Elevations, and Sections from scanned data.
  • Coordinated HVAC Plant Room and Water Tank placement on the terrace.
  • Ensured seamless integration of Medical Gas and Fire Fighting systems via Navisworks clash detection.
